For under $200 this scope cannot be beat. I have it mounted on an AR15 in 6.5 grendel that I use for hunting. Nice clear glass. I like the BDC reticle. To make the most of it, you do need to know the specific ballistics of your load. The one downside is that at last light, 9x is unusable as it just doesn't collect enough light. The image just greys out. Pulling it back to 6x enables use right up until dark, however, the SFP BDC is off at 6x so shots over 300 yds are a no-go at dusk.

- Poor light collection at 9x

- AR15 & compact hunting rifle
