Vortex sandpiper 65mm - Vortex Sandpiper 15-45x65mm Angled Spotting Scope Stokes Birding Series SBS-SPR65-A

Everything about this scope is as advertised. I purchased it for High Power Rifle competition. You can clearly see bullet holes in all kinds of conditions out to 200 yards. (I haven't tested it beyond 200 yards) My only gripe is the lens cap cover is really flimsy and will not stay attached. When removing the scope from the bag it is never attached--will not stay on. It needs a clip on type cover. However, I can not locate one in the odd 65mm size. Other than that--best value for scope under $400.00
Pros: Excellent value. Sharp and crisp optics.
Cons: protective lens cap and cover flimsy.
