I unwittingly ordered a previous generation of the Vortex Spark AR red dot. I waited a couple of weeks for OpticsPlanet to get one in to send me to no avail. However, Rob with Customer Service proactively called me on evening and offered to send me the new generation but only charged to old price since I had waited so long!! Talk about service! I gladly accepted and my new sight arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thanks Robert G.!!!
