It's true, these are great! - Vortex Optics Viper HD 6x32 Roof Prism Binoculars VPR-3206-HD

These binos are clear, fast, and easy to use. The lock ring for the right lens focus is a great feature. I have a pair of Vortex Diamondback 8x28 and it really seems that the Viper HD 6x32 have more magnification! The clarity is amazing. I was looking at a tree on a mountain about 3.5 miles away with the other binos and then I used the Viper HD's and noticed a dead tree lying below the tree that I didn't see with the other binos. Amazing.

The eye relief is excellent. Friends with glasses just turn the eye piece in, for me I turn them all the way out.

I often have trouble adjusting the width / spread with binos and seem to always have some sort of black ring on the edges, but not with the Viper HD. I spread them for my eyes and the image is full, no black ring effect (I don't know what that is officially called).

I recommend the Viper HD 6x32. I still like and use the lighter and smaller Diamondback 8x28, but they just don't compete with the Viper HD.
