Do not buy wagan garbage - Wagan Tech iOnBoost V8 Torque

I purchased this iOnBoost to keep in my plow truck in case of a dead battery while plowing snow. The battery in the truck died today. It has two batteries and the spare battery shorted out internally which caused the other to die also. The iOnBoost has a circuit in the cables that prevents activation if it detects a short. I had to use another Lithium-ion battery to start the truck so that I could get it home to be repaired. The booster has far too many "safety" circuits built into the cables and too many instructions. It needs to have only one protection circuit for those who don't know any better or accidentally connect the cables backward.

This booster did not work when it was needed in an emergency. Do not buy this junk. There are many others on the market which are cheaper and will work when you need them to work.
