Blocks firearms and thunder very well. Sound amplifier works well in front of you, not so much behind you. I occasionally hear a low pitch sound, kinda sounds like an atv in the distance. I was trying to find the atv tracks at first but realized it was an artifact of the unit. Bluetooth works very well.
Pros:
  • Lightweight, good hearing protection, battery lasts long enough for a hunt or field patrol
Cons:
  • Occasional distracting hum
Best Used for:
  • Hunting, shooting or work environment.
