Bought one for brush hunting with a half dozen other hunters - we all have one. Radio transmission range works just fine at the separation we keep. "5 by 5" as we used to say. The VOX mode seems pretty sensitive as we transmitted more than we expected. Push-to-talk function is easy to use, so we stick to that.

Installation on the Razor earmuffs took just moments. If you are headed out for a couple days, bring extra batteries.
