Obviously, I used these rings on a CZ 527 rifle. My particular one is an M carbine chambered in 7.62x39, and it is the youth version because I am a stout man with shorter arms. The rings fit fine, I like the little locking lug that fits just perfectly into the notch of the CZ's rear dovetail rail. The rings seem very sturdy, and I like the fact that each ring is held together by FOUR screws, which seems to me to make them more durable than regular scope mounts. With the sturdiness of 4 screws each, plus the locking lug/notch system, these rings ensure that my scope is going NOWHERE. :-) I am using a Leupold 3-9 ultralight scope with this rifle. Shooting at clay pigeons at 250 yards, the scope and rings held together just fine with absolutely no sign of movement, loosening or wavering after a shooting session of about 80 rounds. I haven't had time to shoot it again since then, but so far I have absolutely no doubt that these rings will prove to be very trustworthy and reliable for many years to come. Oh, and I like the height of them. They hold the ultralight scope low enough to get an EXCELLENT cheek weld, and the bolt still clears the ocular bell with room to spare when cycling the gun's action. I highly recommend this setup to anyone with a CZ 527.
