High quality, rock solid 1-piece scope base. I mounted this on my Browning A-Bolt, 300 Win Mag. I wanted the extra strength a 1-piece base adds to the receiver. I wanted one made from steel (rather than aluminum) for extra strength. The one does the job. The cost is high, but it fit perfectly and is well made. Most of the time, you get what you pay for.
Pros: Perfect fit, high strength steel, more scope mounting flexibility
Cons: High cost (Optics Planet had best price I found)
