Verticle clamp is the way to go! - Warne High Quick Detach Rings w/Matte Finish 202LM

This is my first set of Warne Rings, and I am very impressed. I use quick detach rings for several reasons, one of which is that it is easy to check tightness with no tools. I like them so much I ordered a second set. The main reason I am so satisfied is that prior to placing the rings on the weapon you put the scope in the rings and tighten the bottom screws. The scope will still turn to level, but there is no issue with one side or the other getting torqued down unequally as can happen with rings with side screws. I was able to mount the scope on the rifle in considerably less time than usual. Warne Rings for me!
