Affordable base - Warne Savage Round Receiver Short Action Tactical Rail

The quality and machining are excellent on this base, it is made out of 7075. The fit to the receiver was perfect and does not over hang the recoil lug or barrel nut. This allowed the scope to be mounted further rearward and if you swap barrels, the base will not have to be removed. I used the 0 moa on a Stevens 200(same as a model 10 short action)and it was high enough to allow loading but low enough not to cause cheek weld issues.
