Screw holes do not line up - Warne Tikka T1x Mountain Tech Tactical Rail

I bought this Warne 7T1X-20MOA rail for a Tikka T1X. When slotted onto the T1X's dovetail, none of the rail's screw holes lined up with the holes on top of the receiver. The holes in the rail were visibly off center. I verified that the screws were off center by using a dial caliper to measure the differing distances from a screw hole to the left and right sides of the rail. This looks like a manufacturing defect.
