Not at all what i expected. - Warne Vapor 30mm 1 Piece MSR Mount

The description is a bit vague on all accounts, the mount does not open to attach to the rail, it slides on the end of the rail, and cross bolts hold it in place. If there are quick detach mounts, I would consider this slow detach. It is designed to be attached and permanently left attached, which in my opinion is about 30 years obsolescent. I returned mine, if you are looking for a set it and forget it mount, that you never need to detach, this seems like a solid option. For me, I switch optics on occasion, and removing my BUIS is a no go, or in my case would require detailed disassembly to slide on to the end of the rail.
