V-sharp sharpener - Warthog V-Sharp Classic II Diamond Sharpener

Easy to use and gives a nice sharp edge. Does both sides at once, the hone to stone change over is easy and fast. Seams sturdy, and is easy to hold on to. To set up the angle is simple as well. This is the second one I have had, the first got dropped and it broke. The new model has been modified and looks to be stronger.
