7 classic v-10's later... - Weaver Classic V-Series 2-10x38mm Rifle Scope

I have these scopes on rifles ranging from .223 Rem. (Ruger #1)through .30-06 (Ruger #1) and .300 Weatherby (Win. Mod. 70 stainless Classic). The low end is excellent for close range work on varmints to large game, the high end as much as you'll get for a scope this compact, plus if there's any mirage running, more than 10x hurts more than it helps. I have many speciality scopes in other ranges, but this is my general purpose 'workhorse' because it 'does it all'. I have had no problems with any of the seven I own.
Pros: power range, compactness, bright optics
