Used it to change my Solus barrel, worked like a charm, I used the Solus vice jaws to install my new outlier barrel. The wrench is super sturdy and easy to use. Also handy if you don’t have the actual action wrench for the action you are working on.
Pros:
- solid able to break barrels free easily!
Best Used for:
- Taking off factory installed barrels, or any barrels that are shouldered.

As per usual Optics Planet delivered another quality product without huss. I had no problem removing a factory Remington 700 barrel using the Wheeler.

The only game in town in my opinion. You have to have the right tools if you want to protect the action from damage

Made well and works perfect. Edges were a bit rough so I filed them so as to not scratch the action (also used a layer of duct tape on the bearing surface to protect the action from maring (just me being over anal).
Pros: Good fit and works well
Cons: heavy, rough edges

Great action wrench. This works on Savage recievers (models 10/110/11/110/12/120/200) Edgeds were a bit rough, but I took a file to them and I've not had it mar any of my actions. This is a definate MUST HAVE if you want to change barrels on your Savage rifle.
Pros: Well built and HEAVY, all parts fit well
Cons: a bit rough on it's edges and mine was missing the small 1/4x28 screw (not a biggie)
