The Wheeler Professional Reticle Leveling system is well made & should last a lifetime of mounting your scopes to your rifles; the look & feel is simply "solid". It really makes vertical alignment between your scope & rifle simple & precise. No matter what type of shooting is intended, using this tool will eliminate accuracy robbing rifle cant; no need to eyeball it anymore. You can use the system with a shooting rest but I would recommend using it with a gun vise or some means to really hold your gun steady while reconciling the two levels.
