Charlie's Review of Wheeler Engineering Professional Reticle Leveling System
After the Wheeler Reticle Leveling Device arrived today I tried it out by remounting the scope on my CZ 455 Thumbhole Varmit .22 cal rifle. I used the Tipton Best gun vise. The vice would not hold the rifle securely due to the thumbhole stock cheek piece, and it would continue to go out of horizontal level. I worked on it for over an hour and finally gave up and remounted the scope using my "eyeballing" method (which works pretty well).
Perhaps I will try to remount one of the scopes on my CZ 455 Americans or Ruger 77/22's since their stocks are more normal shape and then give another review.
