Great product poor shipping - Wicked Edge Go Stainless Steel Knife Sharpener

I was super excited to unbox my new wicked edge go sharpening system. I received it on time but once I opened the packaging I was left disappointed because the zipper on the brand new carry bag was broken. It seems that it had been dropped or something. The zipper was bent over on the inside and clamping down on the fabric. I had to pry in open far enough to get a screwdriver behind the zipper to bend it out of the way. Not what I expected from a $250 product delivery. Also the poppets that hold the bars in the base have been replaced with outings that just ball up when you try and remove the bars. Poor choice to try and save production costs. Over all the sharpener works amazing but for the price I expected better shipping controls.
