Great optics fit and finish - William Optics Megrez 90 APO Fluorite Doublet Refractor Telescope Package w/ 2" CF Dielectric Diagonal, SLV 90 OD Mounting Rings, and Case M90FD-W-P

A Wonderful scope that does double duty as a guide scope on my 10"LX200 ACF. And as a small travel scope for trips to the country. The finish of this instrument is amazing. I love the glossy black rotatable focuser. And the white and gold trim is great especially in the dark. (Yes black looks good but is so hard to see in the dark!). Highly recommended for astro imaging and for low power sweeps of the milkyway. Reasonable on the planets for contrast and colour correction but the 90mm limits detail as is to be expected. Overall a winner. I like mine so much I'll get the WO 70mm F6.2 as a guidescope to match with it. And when you are not gazing at heavenly bodies, you can just gaze at the scope itself!
Pros: Great Images, portable, good astro imaging, super finish
Cons: It's only 90mm and discontinued (I like the tripod bracket!)
