Solid product - Williams Gun Sight Marlin 336 FP Fire Sight Set

I had been in the market for an aperture sight for my Ruger-made Marlin 1894 since I’d purchased it a few months back. As many others have said, the semi-buckhorns were difficult for my middle-aged eyes. I’d come across other people saying that typically the Williams sight doesn't require you to change out the front sight and in my case that was correct. The installation/user guide isn’t fantastic, but it’s easy enough to install the product. Two screws come out and two screws provided with the sight secure it to my rifle. The website mentioned that you would have to use the thumb adapter included with the rifle but I didn’t find it necessary. The only small ding I would have against the product is that the slightly obstructs the safety. Still accessible and usable but not perfect. The sight itself was simple to zero in and found myself getting good groups after one session at the bench. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to anybody with a Ruger-made Marlin 1894
