Turns a 9mm into a 380. I recommend this magwell style if you have bigger hands so that your pinky isn't interrupted. The stock m18 grip is great but it pulls shots slightly right when one handed, for me, being narrower and grippier helps prevent that with the wcg. And skip the weights, they only weigh as much as 3 bullets. The "Carry 2" model is more aggressive and the higher undercut helps push it back into your thumb webbing, but they don't have a safety cut version yet.
