No more "wc quality" & bad customer service - Wilson Combat Upper Receiver

I splurged on a stripped Wilson Combat 458 SOCOM upper, expecting WC quality, fit and finish. I actually ordered directly from them. It showed up and I was definitely let down. The black anodization looks like black sharpie in exterior places. The area where they milled out the port for the 458 cartridge looks like the aluminum wasn't smoothed out before coating. And per the other customer review above, no manufacturer markings, logo, T-Marks, etc.

When put up against a brand new anodized Aero Precision, it's night and day. The Aero is incredible for quality and finish. Definite attention to detail. Once again makes me that much more of a die hard for Aero products.

I just got off the phone with Jess at Wilson Combat. She showed zero interest in retaining my business and making it right. The return shipping is on me if I want to return it, and no solution was provided. Zero help. Absolutely pathetic.

I took away two stars for the lack of quality, and would take all the stars away if I could for the terrible customer service. Will never buy Wilson Combat again. Wilson Combat -- you could have retained a continued customer by making it right. Shame on you. Companies with bad customer service meet their demise eventually. We call bad companies like you a "case study."
