Works good for my daughter helped cure her flinch. Light loads low recoil just as the box says. Great for beginners or lighter framed people who don’t want to soak up the recoil of a traditional load. When used at the 16 yard mark from behind the trap house with a modified choke it performed very well. I will be purchasing more in the future… if available. My only complaint is there is less shot and powder in these shells but cost as much or more than others.
Pros:
- Light load low recoil
Cons:
- Less overall product in making these but just as expensive
Best Used for:
- High school trap league
