If you buy a winchester safe expect for it to work perfectly the first two years after that don't depend on winchester to help you if their electonic key pad goes out their coustomer service will not help you nor will their management team after 24 hrs they lost all my coustomer file with them and we had to pay someone to come out and open it and they wouldn't pay us back I will never buy a winchester safe all because of their coustomer support
