As advertized. Seat bottom has indentation groove to fit rather tightly over cooler. Your ad never mentioned whether the bottom was flat or not. Used 1 inch #12 stainless screws. Drilled pilot holes lined it up and screws secured seat perfectly. Very satisfied.
