Boat swingback seat
This seat installed easily and fit well. It looks good and matched the other vinyl. Most importantly it is comfortable. I would recommend it. I would buy another when needed. It arrived quickly and was packed well.

Wise swingback cooler seat replacement
As advertized. Seat bottom has indentation groove to fit rather tightly over cooler. Your ad never mentioned whether the bottom was flat or not. Used 1 inch #12 stainless screws. Drilled pilot holes lined it up and screws secured seat perfectly. Very satisfied.
