Missing parts - Shop Fox 7ft Rails with Legs

During shipping, the package apparently broke open at one point, it was taped back together by someone and when it arrived, several parts were missing. So far, Optics Planet is working to send me the missing parts or ship out a new set. I have worked with two customer service people at Optics so far. I originally ordered the rail set on January 25th - so far, 35 days waiting. Hopefully something happens soon.
