Most Helpful Negative Review doesn't glow very well
If in bright day light, it is a nice sight. If you 'charge' it by holding it under a light, then turn out the lights, it glows nicely. If you are pulling it out of a dark place like a safe or holster, it won't glow and you are back to black on black on black.

This is my 2nd YELLOW one, I also have 3 RED ones. Yellow is better in low light and Red is better in full daylight.
