Good for spr - XTS AR Cheek Rest Stock

I read a review that said this stock was too heavy. It has a cheek rest, obviously meant for bench rest or prone shooting. In either case, weight isn't much of an issue. The actual cheek rest does stay in position. Of course, I use it for it's intended purpose. It doesn't receive a lot of stress like a self-defense or duty rifle. Most people will use this stock for range shooting. I have Daniel Defense furniture on all of my AR's. I recently replaced a 1-6 Primary Arms scope with a 4-16 on a 16" AR to stretch it's limits. I needed a better cheek rest to relax my shooting position. This inexpensive stock did the trick. Looks great on my rifle and it works. What else do you need?

If shooting at rest is your gig, this is a good buy.
