Feels like it’ll fall right off… - XTS AR Collapsible Skeleton Stock XTS 101

I bought this for my 300 AAC BO Rifle because I liked the way it looked and because I wanted something like the Mission First Minimalist Stock that I have on my 5.56 NATO Rifle but not so much the same that you couldn’t tell the two rifles apart. You know what I mean. The two stocks image wise, look very similar in scope and design. But the truth is, while they look similar. They are a far cry from the same in build length, quality and stability. The fit is very clumsy. So much room between the outside of my Mil Spec Buffer Tube and the inside of this Mil Spec Stock that you’d have to put about 4 layers of electrical tape on the tube between the two to get it into a position where it won’t rattle around while in use. I know, because that’s what I did to get it to where I felt like it was worth keeping and if this wasn’t for a CA. complaint build, where I wouldn’t have to fix the stock anyway it to make it complaint in the first place…I would have sent it back.
