The core is solid. The rubberized outer layer feels good. But it seems designed for the largest of hands. It felt narrower in my hand than other popular ergo grips. But it also seemed fuller, front to back, than other ergo grips. I don't think people with smaller will like this grip at all. I'm going back to my "go to" grip.
