Tony Sarno's Review of XTS Extended Bolt Assisted Releases
Bought this for the wife’s build to go along with the XTS purple parts kit (buffer tube, selector, trigger guard, dust cover, forward assist, charging handle) however despite being the same manufacturer, the shade of purple of the extended bolt release differed drastically from the rest of the XTS purple parts. I returned it for that reason. We’ll just go with a black one instead.
Pros:
- seems built well. installed and it tightened up snug and secure
Cons:
- anodizing was a didferent shade if purple from the rest of their products
