Trash product do not buy - XTS Folding Tactical Foregrip

Upon opening the package, I was disappointed to discover that the item was broken and felt incredibly flimsy, as if it were made from subpar materials. The quality was far below my expectations, making it clear that it was a very cheap product. Furthermore, I have attempted to reach out to the company regarding the return process, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is frustrating and adds to my overall dissatisfaction with my purchase.
