Don’t worry about the thread guard. There is not one with the barrel however you can easily make on with any high temp materials and or buy one ( cheap enough ) Lets get to the point ….. it is solid shoots well and cycles no issues I have a suppressor for this barrel and there is/ are ZERO issues with the accuracy and functionality here. I am super pleased !
