As stated in previous reviews, this product is actually very durable! I was expecting this to just turn into an oversized cat toy if it broke, but I don't think that will happen. The light even features a strobe feature making it perfect for tactical uses. And don't underestimate those 200 lumens! Those LEDs are strong puppies and you can see quite far (about 150-200 yards no problem, and the laser is even better! Would define fly recommend
