Funtional but arrived very dirty - Yankee Hill 4445MB24 SRx Q.D. Muzzle Brake Short Black Phosphate Steel With 5/8"

I just received this YHM muzzle brake. I have ordered multiple other SRx muzzle devices from Optics Planet without issue. This one arrived and I noticed the return address was from “Optics Planets Returns.” When I opened it, it was in the proper packaging from YHM, but I could see it was extremely dirty. There was a thick coat of metallic dust all over it (including the suppressor threads and the barrel threads) and discoloration on the wrench flats. After soaking it in solvent for about an hour I brushed it off thoroughly and oiled it. It now looks good and none of the threads look damaged or clogged. My rifle is at the shop getting cut and re-threaded so I can’t test the threads at the moment. I will report back when I have more info.
