High quality but possibly a bit beefy for some applications - Yankee Hill Machine Gas Block For Bull Barrels .936 Inch With 3 Allen Screws Mounting YHM-9387

Fit, finish, and material quality is excellent, as I would expect from YHM. However, it will NOT clear with the UTG Pro SuperSlim DPMS LR-308 high profile style handguard. The HG will pass over this gas block, but it definitely rubs and is NOT free floating. I must admit that I was a bit concerned about clearance when I was first looking on-line so I can't --and won't-- blame either UTG or YHM. This was *MY* mistake, pure and simple! It is an excellent gas block so I will just keep it, a friend wants to use it on his build. I would still definitely and heartily recommend the gas block AND the hand guard --both of them-- if you have the clearance.
