Very difficult to seat correctly, directions aren't congruent with what needs to be done. For example, while it states that you can measure the spacers before install, but this is impossible due to design. After speaking with someone at YHM, I was left with little confidence in any of their products and will not likely purchase from them again, nor will I offer their product on advice to my clients. I asked if they could send me more spacers and I was sharply told "No" and that they are a purchased item, even after we discussed how bad the design is and the instructions sucked to perform this install correctly. They lost a customer and possibly 100's of recommendations over a few spacers.
