Doesn't fit my spotting scope (Trekker 20-60x60) and camera (Canon SD780). Given the poor design, I expect it won't fit a lot of scopes. The problem is the vertical adjustment on the camera platform. Even when it's extended to its highest level, the bottom of the camera is just barely as high as the bottom of the scope. With a small digital camera or a large scope, the camera lens is well below the scope eyepiece. Quick test: place your camera behind your scope on a flat surface. If the lens is not at least as high as the eyepiece, this adapter won't work for you.
I tweaked it and got the lens centered on the eyepiece, but I found it's not nearly sturdy enough, especially at high power. With the scope at 60x, just touching the camera made the image shake violently. Again, this is due to poor design. The tripod attaches to a small threaded plastic knob with a rounded bottom, which provides very little contact area between the tripod and the adapter. Also, where the metal brackets attach to each other, they only overlap by about 1.5". And they aren't very thick, about 1/16". All of which results in an attachment that's far from rock solid.
I could imagine this working OK with a low-powered scope, if the scope is small enough and/or the camera is large enough. Otherwise, I'd recommend paying up for something better.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Cheap
