Set screws stripped during install - Zaffiri Precision Blowhole Compensator

The set screws and tool are poor quality. I used all supplied items for the install, loctite set screws and tool. The suppressor screwed in without any issues but the set screws would not hold the compensator in place. I tried tightening each side little by little but the comp was still loose. Eventually the screws were stripped. The little Allen tool bent as well.
