I purchased the boots after much deliberation. i intend to use them for Marco Polo sheep hunt in Tajikistan in January. I have now used them for 4 3 hour plus outings in Wisconsin weather 3 to 8 degrees F. i have hiked through crusty snow and find the boot very comfortable. I love the ratchet which allows me to tighten the boot to my foot after an hour or so of steady use.
I consider the $600 price tag a bit steep, however I am impressed and happy that I finally decided on the purchase. Heading out Sunday for another 3 to 4 hours of hiking upland shooting,
