Zeiss terra 2-7x32 xb75 crossbow scope - Zeiss Terra 2-7x32 XB75 Crossbow Scope

I purchased this scope for over $400, thinking wow Zeiss has a new Xbow scope. I followed all the directions on how to set it up to my Xbow (Stryker Solutions LS) 390fps. Didn't have any luck, called Zeiss twice, still no luck was told by there engineer that he was going to get back to me, this was Sept. 2015 still haven't heard back from him. here it is Jan. 2016 still no call. I reinstalled the scope that came with my Xbow to get through the deer season, which I know isn't a high end scope but it works. I am still setting here with a $400+ scope and don't know what to do with it, other than say wow I got a Zeiss.
