Zev is capable of better - ZEV Technologies PRO Glock Pistol Trigger Upgrade Bar Kit

I was pretty happy with my 19 gen 5 using the factory trigger bar and PRO connector, I just don’t care for the rounded face of the plastic trigger, I like the wider feel of the ZEVs so I picked this up. Out of the box, the edges around the connector (my previous PRO connector was fine) and trigger bar were very pronounced. It wouldn’t be a big deal if were on the opposite surfaces, but it was on the engaged sides of both. The pull would get gritty just before the break. I had to break the edge of both the bar and connector all of the way around, the back surface of connector was especially bad. It only took about 20 minutes with some 800 then 2000 sandpaper clean it up, but for $120+ for a trigger bar and connector this should have already been done. The finish on the shoe is also rough so the trigger safety is gritty as well. The Fulcrum in my 34 had none of these issues. If I had it to do over, I’d look elsewhere.
