The upper I received had a broken extractor right out of the box, so it wouldn't cycle. After emailing Rise with a copy of my receipt from Optics Planet they sent me a new one. Obviously their quality control is a bit lax, but we'll see how it groups...

Wont cycle. Ive changed weights, spring, gas block and different mags. I cant figure it out. I bought a complete upper so I wouldnt have to futz with it too much. Its been a headache all around.
There was something wrong with the gas system right out of the box, I had tried calling rise and emailing them for weeks without any answer. So I took it to at least 3 different gun shops and none could figure out the problem
