Product Info for Rothco Side Release Buckle-5/8
Rothco's Side Release Buckle features a 5/8" opening to fit most webbing with widths up to 1/2". The buckle can be used with any webbing with a 1/2" width including cotton webbing, nylon webbing, and polypropylene webbing. It's constructed of a high strength polyoxymethylene (plastic). Rothco's Side Release Buckle is a one-way item, with no teeth, preventing straps and securing straps from opening accidentally. A molded thumb screw on the buckle provides easy mounting. To open, slide buckle to desired position and tighten. Once the strap is buckled, the release button will be in the same position, preventing the buckle from unthreading. One-way Spiral Side Release Buckle can be used on opposite (side) of the belt when desired.
