They say SAM7 in the headline, but this is NOT for milled receivers. The manufacturer has two versions of this SKU, stamped and milled. This description is incorrect in stating it is for SAM7 guns. Caveat emptor.
Product Info for RS Regulate Kalashnikov M-LOK AK Handguard w/ Sling Loop Cutout
The GKR-10MS is a 10in drop-in fit MLOK rail for most 1.0mm stamped AKM style Kalashnikov rifles with short-style sling loops (not full length or tall loops like East German or Yugo). It mounts similarly to the factory handguards, you will need a factory style front handguard retainer. You can add your KVAR style stainless heat shields for added protection, and you can use your factory cleaning rod. Weighs 5.9 ounces with all hardware included. IS NOT COMPATIBLE with other types or makes of rifles at this time. Does NOT fit PSA rifles due to their unique cast front handguard retainer.
