The Safariland 6354 ALS Tactical thigh holster is designed for tactical situations encountered by law enforcement and military personnel. The ALS system, along with a flat leg strap, allows the user to achieve a desired draw position by simply shifting their hips. As the operator moves, the ALS automatically adjusts to a new grip position, providing the most secure holster retention. By placing the gun in a position where the ALS is activated, the retention becomes infinitely easier, as the firearm is easily holstered to the new grip, and the firearm and holster become one. This results in a significantly greater level of safety compared to conventional thumb break snaps. The SafariLand 6354 holster features the same great features as the original product, including the ALS system, but the new leg strap is constructed with a SafariLoop leg strap, which provides a perfect balance of security and comfort. Additionally, both the leg strap and holster are constructed with suede linings to provide total cover for the firearm, to prevent the draw from being snagged or pulled out by the user's body, to prevent the firearm from being pulled out by the user. The holster leg strap includes a self-locking feature.
