I just need a low drop with a light. No optic. With this work? Will this also work with a thigh strap?

Yes and yes. The light is pretty key to the holster retention, but you do not need to run an optic. For the thigh strap, that depends more on rest of the kit you're running, I recommend the CUBL from Safariland with their thigh strap.

Will this fit a Gen 5 Glock 19 with a Trijicon RMR? Will this also attach to the TRUE NORTH CONCEPTS MODULAR HOLSTER ADAPTER (MHA)? Can you answer this question?

Product Info for Safariland 6354RDSO ALS Tactical Holster w/ QLS19 Fork

The 6354RDSO holster is designed for firearms with red dot sights. Its Automatic Locking System (ALS) secures the firearm. Unlike Safarilands RDS series, the RDSO has an open pocket that protects the optic and does not use a flip-up dust cover.image

This holsters has the QLS 19 Locking Fork installed. The QLS 19 fork can be used any mounting platform (leg shroud, belt loop, etc.) that has the QLS 22 Receiver Plate installed.
