Samco Disposable Transfer Pipets have a low-affinity surface that reduces loss of cells and valuable proteins due to binding. These Samco pipets are made of shatterproof, nontoxic polyethylene. The low-affinity surface of the Samco Disposable Transfer Pipets reduces loss of cells and valuable proteins due to binding. These pipets feature an all-in-one design that facilitates pipetting by eliminating the need to plug pipets by packing them and plugging them before use. Additionally, the body of the transfer pipets can be frozen in liquid nitrogen, or heat-sealed for storage. To use, gently accumulate a small volume of liquid and then draw it through the transfer bulb, letting the liquid flow through with each stroke. Throw away the used pipet after each use, or pack a few for emergency situations. Samco Disposable Transfer Pipets are sterile and ready for use. There is no plug to lose, package, or autoclave; simply throw them away after use.
